Program Goals
Serving roughly 10% of the juvenile arrestees in Chicago from 2017-2024, MyReBuiltLife was designed to:
1. Prepare youth for successful interview outcomes including an ATS compliant resume
2. Reduce recidivism by eliminating crimes of financial hardship with employment
3. Increase youth long term earnings by utilizing community educational resources, career planning and lifetime mentorship to facilitate successful outcomes
