Cook County Juvenile Probation Court Ordered Community Service Workshops at St. Benedict the African
KPI: 80% successful completion/4 weeks
Our team's goal was to rebuild the community relationships with court involved youth and their impacted neighborhoods.

Assisting our formerly sexually trafficked clients required backend data compliance and front end trauma-informed and data aligned intake processes. With this project, we developed a completely safe process for acquiring and processing our vulnerable clientele to ensure accurate, functional data for our non-profit partner, New Name.

Between 2019 and 2024, MyReBuiltLife participated in sessions for Project Safe Neighborhood, a program sponsored by the US Attorney's Office in Chicago. Around 100 men and women each month are invited to receive resume creation and job acquisition services, ensuring a smoother transition and safer neighborhoods for Chicago with standardized, cloud hosted resumes, career plans and court reports.

Established with a citywide coalition of established stakeholders in the criminal justice field, we reduce juvenile recidivism to 17% and bring lifelong document access to career documents and credentials to build community equity and disaster recovery resilience.

Our weekly resume-building and career planning series featured online curriculum and workshop to help over 600 men and women take the first career step with a resume and proper interview skills, attire and job assistance.

KPI: 100% of clients transition to local business incubators to start their own businesses
Our youth clients from Cook County Juvenile Probation often come from neighborhoods that are workforce deserts. In 2022, a team of youth in 60620, the Englewood neighborhood decided to be their own "heroes" and create a company around their newly acquired skill creating organic body products and scents for sale at paylessforperfume.com where they learn marketing, sales, web development and social media management.
